Presentation
Created in 2003 by Patrick Metzger, SwingMobility develops "business solutions" for travelling staff (at the end of 2006, statistics suggested that there were no fewer than 10 million travelling employees in France!).
Although the company's head office is in Alsace, it is also present all over the French regions.
A fast growing company
SwingMobility employs 42 people who are responsible for a portfolio of 450 clients, representing about 6,000 users.
With a turnover of 5,3 million Euros in 2010 and thanks to the commitment of its employees, in 8 years SwingMobility has become one of the major players in mobile applications.
The business
SwingMobility is a publisher of mobility software solutions for travelling sales and technical staff.
Methodology
The methodology chosen is mainly aimed at satisfying final users and matching the organisational and structural needs expressed by the company with the realities in the field.
It is divided into 4 stages:
- needs assessment (functional description and technical file),
- breadboard model,
- pilot version
- deployment/training.
Furthermore, users have access to our Hotline 5 days a week from 8 am to 6.30 pm.
Positioning
To support companies in optimising the performances of their sales forces by the implementation of a commercial approach structured and organised according to the priorities defined by their strategy, equipping with them tools created and developed by SwingMobility.
The ambition
To capitalise on its business expertise acquired with the sales staff of large national and European groups to become one of the top players in mobility in France.
2011 will be the year of SwingMobility's European development. Its commercial development will be achieved through distribution and integration agreements with major players in different countries.
Targets
Small and medium-sized companies, key accounts with a travelling sales force or technical intervention teams.
