Implementation methodology
Our implementation methodology in 4 points
1.Needs assessment
The needs are defined after a kick-off meeting and with
the aid of the project group.
The needs assessment is formalised by a document describing
the functions and analysing the data to be handled.
The functional description also contains the data
interface requirements.
2.Breadboard
model
The next stage after the validation of the needs
assessment and after deciding the parameters and after any extra development
work.
This stage consists of presenting a model of the application.
The model contains a set of test data taken from your information
system.
3.Pilot version
The pilot phase allows the solution to be tested in
the real situation.
This decisive phase allows us to check that the
solution in use in the field meets the needs defined.
It aims to validate the functionalities, but also the data
contained in the solution.
The solution undergoes an acceptance procedure at this
stage.
4.Deployment/Training
Phase where the users are trained.
This phase may be spread over several sessions, with
training taking place in groups of 10 users at most.
-
At each stage, a validation document is produced.
-
The passage from one stage to the next only occurs after validation of the
current stage (iterative cycle on the stage).
-
A pragmatic approach with high "field" user involvement.
